The Beginning

I ordered PiYo yesterday from beachbody. Today I put together my profile and completed the fitness test. 

The Before

Height: 5'9
Weight: 170
Waist: 35
Hips: 42
Chest: 38
Arms: 12
Thighs: 24.5


Pull Ups: yeah right, big fat 0, and might have pulled something attempting it. lol

Vertical Leap: 8.5"

Push Ups: 5, better than I thought. I've just come off of an injury to my shoulder.

Toe Touch: -10", for someone who likes yoga.. I have no flexibility

In & Outs: 12

Wall Squat: 1:03

Bicept curls: 20 @ 10#, my left gave out before my right needed to. Something to work on...
